Delivery

Delivery is FREE on orders over $200 and costs $15 for orders under $200.

Standard delivery is 3 - 5 working days. 

For most items, a signature will be required on delivery, with the exception of fabric and wallpaper samples.

Samples Delivery

Delivery of samples costs $10.

Samples arrive in 2-7 working days.

Returns

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics and wallpapers before placing an order. Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item to us if it is eligible for return. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

The following is a general guide for specific returns per product category:

Wallpaper. Sealed complete rolls of wallpaper may be returned. We cannot accept returns of wallpaper that has been printed to order.

Fabric. Lengths of fabric are cut to order, and so are not returnable for lengths under 6yd. For lengths over 6yd we are able to accept returns of fabric, but this will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

How to process a return:

To process your return, please contact us. A customer is required to arrange the return postage themselves using a trackable courier of their choice and provide the tracking details.

Please note, we do not accept returns of samples.
